Be prepared to become efficient tomorrow

 To become efficient today, you had to prepare yesterday. To become efficient tomorrow, you have to prepare today. 


There are four things to prepare: food, sleep, workout, and time.


Prepare healthy, easy to make, delicious and easy to eat meal. I recommend making two serving sizes everytime you make so you can eat them again in a couple days. This can save your time for cooking.


Get enough sleep. How much you can sleep determines your efficiency tomorrow. Get 7 - 9 hours of sleep. If you cannot, just try your best to sleep as much as possible. Having 3 hours of sleep and 5 hours of sleep makes a huge difference for your tomorrow. 

Quality of sleep as important as the quantity of sleep. Find the best humidity, temperature, sound and scent for your sleep.


Are you feeling too tired? That is exactly when you have to work out. Working out can make you feel more energetic tomorrow. Your sleep and rest will be more effective. You will gain more energy tomorrow with exercise.


What you eat today also affects your mind and body tomorrow. Do not eat too much sugar or refined carbohydrates. Eat healthy foods. Do not eat too much especially at night.
